Strengthen customer relationships through smart marketing

Our organization is rapidly growing, and so are our marketing goals. We are seeking a Customer Success Marketer (32-40 hours) who can enhance our customer relationships through impactful content and carefully designed customer journeys. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence projects and develop your skills, all within a hybrid work environment that combines working from home with time spent in our welcoming office in Nieuwegein.

What you’ll do

You will serve as the link between our customers and our Customer Success team, where the best stories emerge. Your goal is to ensure that our customers feel heard, understood, and inspired.

Your responsibilities:

  • Understand our customers' needs and transform them into compelling content that resonates, including social media posts, newsletters, and impressive customer stories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective onboarding processes and customer journeys that are clear, engaging, and continuously improving.
  • Identify opportunities where others may not see them and convert those insights into impactful campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Turn customers into ambassadors through well-crafted programs that enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Organize and coordinate customer events, webinars, or trade shows, whether onsite or remote.
  • Use customer feedback to create marketing that is relevant and meaningful.
  • Think beyond the present by helping shape workshops, hackathons, and certification programs that elevate the knowledge of our customers and partners.
  • Master the art of storytelling, whether it's in case studies or sales presentations, to craft messages that resonate and stick with the audience.

Who you are

You are a marketer who not only understands marketing but truly embodies it. Creative and independent, you are always seeking the best ways to tell a story. You effortlessly navigate between strategy and execution, thrive on variety, and derive energy from collaborating with others. Whether writing a compelling case study, launching an innovative campaign, or building strong customer relationships, you fully commit to every endeavor.

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B software, data, or technology.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of knowledge and experience; most importantly, you have a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Native-level Dutch and strong English writing and communication skills; you excel at making complex information clear and engaging.
  • Storytelling is second nature to you. Whether it’s for a blog, pitch deck, or social media post, you convey the right tone and make it impactful.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy collaborating across different disciplines and know how to bring ideas to fruition.
  • An affinity for technology, data, and analytics; while you don’t need to be a technical expert, you are curious and willing to explore
