About Invenna
We specialise in data platform technology. Through our Customer Data Platform and KYC Platform technologies, we deliver solutions for unlocking, combining, applying and monitoring customer data within marketing, compliance and IT.
Invenna is part of TDA Group. TDA Group is a group of brands specialising in data, technology and analytics. The group also includes the brands Campaigns Unlimited, Human Inference en TDA Analytics.
Within the group, TDA Group B.V. acts as the data controller. This means that TDA Group B.V. processes the personal data that you have provided to us or one of the other brands in the context of a business relationship.

Which Data We Process and Why
We process your personal data in order to:
- Contact you when you request us to do so.
- Send you requested information, such as downloadable documents, case studies or infographics.
- Register your event participation and keep you informed about it.
- Keep you informed about the latest news and relevant content. This may include information from one or more TDA Group brands.
When you complete a website form, we store your information in our marketing and relationship management system. We always request your first name and email address. In some cases, we may additionally request your surname, company name, telephone number, job title and the sector in which you work.
The contact details we request and process are always business-related. Any information we send is also provided in a business context and only where it is or may be relevant to your role or the sector in which you operate.

When you request a downloadable document via a website form or register for an event, you provide consent for us to keep you informed about the latest news and relevant content from Invenna or TDA Group. You may unsubscribe at any time through the preference centre linked at the bottom of every email.
In some cases, we process personal data so that we can prepare for or perform an agreement, for example when you request a demonstration or register for an event.
Security Measures: ISO 27001
As part of TDA Group, Invenna holds ISO 27001 information security certification. This means that appropriate technical and organisational security measures have been implemented. We adhere to a strict information security policy and recognised security standards, which are audited annually by an independent auditor.
Right of Access and Right to Object
With regard to your personal data, you have the right of access, rectification and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact our Privacy Officer via privacyofficer@tdagroup.eu. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the preference centre linked at the bottom of every email.
In addition to a Privacy Officer, a Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed. If you are dissatisfied with the way we handle complaints and/or requests, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to maintain contact with you.
If you have exercised your right to object, withdrawn your consent or indicated that you no longer wish to receive news and relevant content from Invenna or any of the brands within TDA Group, we will retain your personal data only insofar as necessary to ensure that we do not contact you again in the future.
Processing of Data by Google
Method of Processing
Invenna takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access to, disclosure of, modification of, or unauthorised destruction of data. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT tools in accordance with organisational procedures and methods that are strictly related to the purposes set out in this document. In addition to Invenna, the data may in certain cases be accessible to specific persons involved in the operation of this application (administration, sales, marketing, legal and system administration) or external parties (such as technical service providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, IT companies and communications agencies) who, where required, have been appointed by Invenna as data processors. An up-to-date list of such parties may be requested from Invenna at any time.
Legal Basis for Processing
Invenna may process personal data of customer users where one of the following applies:
- consent has been given for one or more specific purposes;
- provision of the data is necessary for the performance of a contract and/or pre-contractual obligations;
- processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
- processing relates to a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority vested in Invenna;
- or processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Invenna or a third party.
In all cases, Invenna will gladly clarify the specific legal basis relied upon and, in particular, whether the provision of personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
Location
Data is processed within Invenna’s secure data centre and at any other locations where the parties involved in the processing are situated.
Depending on the user’s location, data transfers may involve transferring the user’s data to a country other than their own.
Users may contact Invenna for further information regarding the location of processing of transferred data.
Where broader protection standards apply, users also have the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for transfers of data to countries outside the European Union or to international organisations, and regarding the security measures implemented by Invenna to safeguard their data.

Retention Period
Personal data is processed and retained for as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Invenna and the user will be retained until that contract has been fully performed.
- Personal data collected for the legitimate interests of the customer will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes.
Invenna may be required to retain personal data for a longer period where users have given consent, until such consent is withdrawn, or where retention is required to comply with legal obligations or an order of a competent authority.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, personal data will be deleted. Consequently, the rights of access, erasure, rectification and data portability can no longer be exercised after the retention period has ended..
Purposes of Processing
User data is collected to enable Invenna and Google to provide services to the customer, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests from authorities, protect their rights and interests (or those of users or third parties), detect malicious or fraudulent activity, and perform analytics activities.
Detailed Information About the Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is collected for the following purpose and through the following service: Analytics. The services described in this section enable Invenna and Google to compile and present aggregated reports concerning the attribution of Google Advertising to customer offline conversions.
