It’s one of the most frequently asked questions: “could you add an e-mail functionality to the Invenna Customer Data Platform?” Since there’s such a high demand, we’ve worked on it over the past months. The new Invenna ESP module recently became available for every user.

Expand online personalization options
A market leading dispatch solution and (proven technology) HTML editor are integrated into the E-mail Service Provider. This way, you build and select customer journeys across all your channels even quicker and easily apply email and mobile text campaigns.

With this module we respond to the user wish to increase online personalization with own (first-party) data. It’s an expansion of the personalization options that the CDP already offers. Apart from that, the Invenna CDP remains an independent data platform between all sources and channels.

Hosting and specifications
For our Dutch customers there are two host options: on-premise or SaaS. This way, we guarantee the data protection and you’ll act GDPR compliant.

• WYSIWYG HTML editor:
  • Personalized content and merge tags directly from the Invenna data mart.
  • Email client visual previews (such as PC, smartphone and tablet) and spam checks.
  • Template version control with history.
• Email dispatch:
• Bulk and transactional e-mail.
• A/B and split testing.
• Data analysis:
  • EM response and bounce management.
  • Real time analytics.
